Synopsis

Jay and Silent Bob, the dope-dealing slackers who have wandered through all writer-director Kevin Smith's previous film (including 'Clerks', 'Chasing Amy' and 'Dogma'), here get a vehicle all of their own. Shocked to discover that Miramax are planning a film adaptation of the comic book based on their lives, Jay and Silent Bob head off to Hollywood to sabotage the production.

"The loose, messy plotting, more of an excuse for needless cameos and dick, fart and in-jokes will appeal solely to Smith loyalists, but there's still enough broad humour to harness more fans."
