Katie Featherston was left bruised shooting 'Paranormal Activity 4' - when a scary stunt went wrong.
The 29-year-old actress reprises her role as possessed Katie in the frightening film franchise and she admits she put her body on the line to make the horror movie as terrifying as possible.
Speaking at the 'Paranormal Activity 4' UK premiere at London's Cineworld cinema, she revealed: ''I had some bruises doing a certain stunt that made it into the film. Nothing goes too wrong, but taking some bumps and bruises along the way is just part of making the film. But if it turns out scary and it's good for the film then it's worth it.''
Katie has always believed in the supernatural and she thinks there are many spooky things in the world which can't be explained by science or logic.
She added: ''I definitely think that there may be spirits or ghosts or some unexplainable things in the world that can make the hair on the back of your neck stand up. I had that belief before making these films, and it's the same as it was.''
The franchise has banked hundreds of millions of dollars at the box office and although Katie doesn't know if there are plans for a fifth movie, she is ready and willing to return if another instalment gets the green light.
She said: ''There could be (another film), I haven't heard anything. I always like to think the most recent one is the last one, so I try and enjoy it as much as I can. If they make a fifth one, if the fans are still excited, then I would love to be a part of it.''
