We managed to bag some precious time with Justin Bieber as the 16-year-old brings out his first illustrated biography. He's clearly packed a lot in the short time he's been on this Earth.
The Canadian superstar was spotted at 13, when videos of him singing on YouTube were seen by music exec Scooter Braun. Justin told us he doesn't feel age is an issue in music. "I don’t think there’s an age limit. I mean look at Willow Smith. It’s just a matter of having the will and drive to put in what it takes to make it."
