Carrot-topped crooner Ed Sheeran is signed to Sir Elton John's Rocket management company, and recently revealed that Elton gives him a weekly pep talk on the phone. Ed isn't the first artist to benefit from Elton's avuncular advice: he's previously put a guiding arm around the shoulders of George Michael, Robbie Williams and Ryan Adams.
