Taking inspiration from her Bootylicious behind, 24-year-old Australian researcher Bryan Lessard took his love of Beyoncé to the next level when he named a horse fly Scaptia (Plinthina) beyoncé, after the star. With its distinctive golden rear, the previously anonymous winged insect has been transformed into a shimmering diva, just like Beyoncé. Native to Australia, it was discovered in 1981, which also happens to be Beyoncé's birth date. Well who would have guessed it?
