Taken from the self-produced Peachtree Road album, this soothing little country
number from Elton (co-written by Bernie Taupin) sounds like it should be slowly
rotating on the jukebox of a roadside diner in Nashville. Softly tinkled piano,
swaying guitar strums, a backdrop of gentle violins and lyrics like "if
everything's been said, I'm heading back to bed" may not seem the stuff of top ten
hits, but old Elton's got enough die-hard fans to ensure this soporific lullaby
makes a splash in the charts.
