Terms & Conditions for free V Festival prize draw

1. To enter prize draw, you must enter your name, email and phone number into the free prize draw form by 30th September 2008 for a chance to win a prize. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over (employees or agents of the Virgin Media group of companies, their families or anyone connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate). Entry constitutes your acceptance of these rules. Only one entry per person. The draw is governed by English law and by entering you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

2. There are 4 prizes available: The first 2 winners selected will each win a pair of VIP weekend camping tickets to V Festival 2009 in Chelmsford. The second 2 winners selected will each win a pair of VIP weekend camping tickets to V Festival 2009 in Stafford. In order to gain access to the VIP area, you will be required to give a £20 charity donation per person upon arrival. If you do not agree to make the donation you can exchange the VIP tickets for standard tickets instead which will not include access to the VIP area. You will be sent the tickets in the week prior to the event taking place in August 2009. The prize does not include travel to and from the site or hospitality at the venue. The Promoter gives no guarantee as to the attendance of any person, VIP, celebrity or otherwise at this event. Winners agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the tickets when attending the event.

3. We will draw the winners at random from the entries submitted. The date of the draw is 6th October. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the draw and you must respond as directed within 5 days of receipt of the email, otherwise we reserve the right to re-allocate the relevant prize.

4. The judge's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative. If the event does not take place due to circumstances outside its control, we reserve the right to offer the winner tickets to another similar forthcoming event.

5. A list of winners will be available by sending an SAE to the promoter: Virgin Media Limited, 160 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5QA.
