Jorgie's scary DOI stunt
Jorgie Porter will perform Dancing on Ice's most dangerous ever stunt in a bid to win tomorrow night's (25.03.12) final.
The 'Hollyoaks' actress - who will competing against Matthew Wolfenden and Chico in a bid to take the crown - will be thrown up in the air by three male ice skaters, who will then spin around before catching her.
However, it is so dangerous that the three men - Jorgie's professional partner Matt Evers, Sylvain Longchambon and Mark Hanretty - have been practising with a carpet, which they keep dropping.
Jorgie, who has chosen 'Fame' for her final dance, told The Sun newspaper: ''There is definitely some scary stuff with my routine. We practised with a carpet and it absolutely collapsed and fell on the floor. I looked at it and went - 'That's me!' I'm glad we practised with that first.
''There are three of them in a line, Sylvain, Matt and Mark, and I'm lying across them then they throw me in the air and spin around and catch me.''
Jorgie was so scared after the boys dropped the carpet, she made mentor Jayne Torvill do it first.
She said: ''I was scared so I made Jayne do it first as well. She was really up for it. And she wanted to do the other parts too but the physio wouldn't let her. I've never said no, I've always been quite fearless throughout the show.
''But I thought they were lying when they were saying what they wanted to do with me. I thought, 'Is this a joke?'''
