Effectively Red Bull's second team, Toro Rosso manages to divide observers - in its pre-2006 Minardi incarnation it was much-loved, but few believe there is a place in Formula 1 for such an obvious satellite operation.
Last year they grabbed a single points finish through Liuzzi, but this season may prove harder now that both Super Aguri and Spyker are looking stronger.
Liuzzi is a charmer who has the talent to break through to midfield, and Speed is another with potential, but an older head may be what Toro Rosso needed if they are to get better race performances.
Without the driver quality of Red Bull's A team, don't expect to see much progress this season - they are unlikely to trouble the scorers in 2007.
