Tiamo Resorts is a place where you can enjoy the sunny natural world at close quarters (you'll encounter more seabirds and turtles than fellow humans here) without damaging the environment. The luxurious bungalows were built with minimal impact on the landscape - built between trees rather than cutting any down - and the whole complex is completely solar-powered. The Tiamo composts all its food waste, and works with local environmental organisations like the Bahamas National Trust.
