Visiting all of New South Wales's glorious beaches would take months, so don't attempt to see them all in one visit.
Just for starters, try Sydney's famed city beaches of Manly and Bondi. To the north of town is lovely Palm Beach, known to TV viewers as Summer Bay. Beaches of note to the south include Jervis Bay (above), whilst in the Central Coast area you'll find The Entrance, where hundreds of pelicans are standing by to steal fish and chips from under diners' noses.
