In a tribute to Jade Goody, Virgin Media has pledged to make a donation to Macmillan Cancer Support every time our customers watch video on our Big Brother website.*
Quite simply, the more short video clips you watch, the more money we raise.
Jade Goody, who rose to fame on Big Brother, died in March 2009. Virgin Media followed Jade’s brave battle with cancer in the series Jade, broadcast on LIVING.
We know that Jade’s stories touched millions of our viewers, and we want to give something back with this pledge of support to Macmillan. Jade publicly praised the “fantastic care” provided by the Macmillan nurses who supported her during her treatment, so we see this as a fitting tribute.
