Having a PIN code on your TV means that you can protect little eyes and ears from material that might be unsuitable. Plus, your PIN also helps you to keep track of all the On Demand purchases made on your account.
Why is your PIN so important?
Your PIN lets you take control over what you watch, and what your children watch too. So, it’s important that you keep your PIN number safe and don’t give it to any younger children.
All of our On Demand content is age-rated and anything unsuitable for children is automatically PIN protected. You can also increase your level of PIN protection to prevent children accessing material which includes violence, strong language and sexual themes.
You can even block specific television channels from being accessed by your children unless a PIN is given, or block details of Adult channels from appearing on your TV guide altogether.
And of course, if you don’t have any curious little ones to worry about, you can lower the settings of your PIN protection to be less restrictive for yourself to use.
