How do I cancel my Virgin Mobile contract?

What you need to do

When you buy directly from us and want to leave, you can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving us a reason. Our 14-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee also lets you exchange your phone for a different one with the same value, or get a full refund of the price for the handset.

We’ll send you prepaid packaging to post it back to us, and you’ll be charged for any airtime or data used or bought according to your plan.
