Have your voice heard - what does your business need to grow?

13th May 2016

At Virgin Media we’re committed to supporting entrepreneurs in the UK and Ireland - helping businesses grow in the UK and Irish economies through digital is one of our five sustainability goals.

We know that being an entrepreneur can be tough and there can be many barriers to overcome. This is where Virgin Media Pioneers comes in. Our Virgin Media Pioneers programme is a community of over 9,000 entrepreneurs and small businesses, offering peer-to-peer support, tips and advice, plus bespoke face to face events.

We’re tapping into the collective expertise and brainpower of this community to improve things for small business, with our new #PowerUp survey (NOW ENDED), which asks entrepreneurs what they need to grow, the biggest challenges they face and whether governments, local councils and other official bodies can do anything to help. Why not have your say and complete the #PowerUp survey (NOW ENDED) today?

We mean business. For example, in 2012 we identified that access to affordable small business loans was an issue and we successfully persuaded the Government to provide start-up loans to young people trying to set up their own businesses.

We want to hear from entrepreneurs and small businesses again, to identify the latest issues, whether it is access to export markets, recruiting the right staff, or starting conversations with bigger businesses.
