How much does Gadget Rescue cost?
Total peace of mind starts from just £5 a month for six months, plus a £20 set up fee, for all PCs and gadgets.
You can get a one-off fix for £60 – it’s completely up to you. There is no need to hand over any credit cards – any payment will be added onto your next Virgin Media bill.
We offer a 7-day guarantee– no fix, no fee.
If you’ve signed up to our HomeWorks package, then you’re already covered by Gadget Rescue.
Is Gadget Rescue safe?
We use the latest remote access technology to hop onto your device and investigate issues.
You have 100% control over which parts of your device you give us access to – we will never access your device without your consent.
We can sort out most issues in under an hour and provide a full report on any work done at the end of it.
Cancelling a Gadget Rescue subscription
A Minimum Contract Term applies for a Gadget Rescue subscription but if during that time, you decide it’s not for you, you can cancel subject to paying a one off early cancellation fee, which will not exceed the balance of the monthly charges that you would’ve paid for the rest of the Minimum Term.
If you’ve had a Gadget Rescue subscription for more than the Minimum Term, then you can cancel without paying an early cancellation fee.
