Archiving emails in Virgin Media Mail

Last updated: January 12, 2017

Archiving lets you to tidy up your mailbox without having to delete anything. You can archive emails in a folder that are over 90 days old.

When you archive a folder, the emails are moved to the Archive Folder. You don't need to create an Archive folder as it will automatically create one the first time you archive a folder. The Archive folder contains a separate subfolder for each calendar year. The archived emails are saved to those subfolders sorted by the year they were received.

How to archive an email folder's content

1. Select an email folder in the folder menu.

2. Click the Folder-specific actions icon  next to the folder name and then click on Archive.

3. In the Archive messages window click on Archive.

Note: You may need to refresh the page in order to display the folder.
