Using Unified Mail in Virgin Media Mail
With Unified Mail you can display messages from multiple email accounts in one central folder. This gives you a quick overview of all your email accounts inboxes.

Unified Mail can be described as follows:
In addition to an email account's Inbox the Unified Mail folder displays a further email view for an account. The messages actually exist only once.
Emails in the Inbox's subfolders are not displayed in the Unified Mail folder.
The emails in the Unified Mail folder are marked with a label in the sidebar. It contains the email account's name. The internal email account is marked with the label Primary account.
How to activate Unified Mail for an email account:
Click the System menu icon on the right side of the menu bar and then click the Settings menu item.
Click on Email Accounts in the sidebar.
Select an external email account in the display area below Email Accounts.
Click on Edit and the settings window is displayed in a pop-up.
Enable Use Unified Mail for this account.
Click on Save at the bottom of the pop-up.
How to display emails in the Unified Mail folder:
Open the Unified Mail folder in the folder tree.
As an alternative, click on a subfolder of the Unified Mail folder.
Note: The account is indicated with a label below an email's subject in the sidebar.
