How to check what broadband package I am on?

To review your Virgin Media broadband package, simply Sign in to My Virgin Media. If you haven’t created an online account, you can register for one now.

Once signed in, you’ll see ‘My Package’ on the landing page. From here, you will have the option to review your existing broadband services, or upgrade if you are not on our highest tier.

The My Package section should look something like this…

To check average speeds for your package, simply go to https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/broadband/speeds.html.

You can also use the My Virgin Media app to review your broadband tier, as well as other things including Service Status and bills.
 


My Virgin Media app:
 In order to use the My Virgin Media app, the customer will need Virgin Media services (TV, Fibre Broadband, Phone) and an Android mobile (OS 5.0 or later) or an iPhone (iOS 9.0 or later) with WiFi, 3G or 4G internet access.
