With so much on the box, it’s always helpful to be up to speed on where you can find all the great channels available to you. And with Flex, we’ve packed all your favourite channels and entertainment subscriptions into one clever little box.

What’s new in your May channel guide
To make it easier to find the best sporting action, some of your favourite sports channels have new channel numbers. These changes are:
Premier Sports 1 HD has moved from CH 551 to CH 528
Premier Sports 2 HD has moved from CH 552 to CH 529
Premier Sports Rugby HD has moved from CH 553 to CH 530
Red Bull TV HD has moved from CH 556 to CH 540
TRACE Sports Stars HD has moved from CH 557 to CH 541
MUTV has moved from CH 526 to CH 550
LFC TV HD has moved from CH 544 to CH 551
On Thursday 30 April, Sky Cinema Animation HD (CH 406) will no longer be available. Monday 13 April saw our themed streaming channel Eggheads (CH 253) leave the service.
On Friday 10 April, CH 159, which features regional TV channels depending your location, is leaving the service:

Sky Atlantic HD (CH 111) launched on Virgin TV on Wednesday 1 April. It is available to all Virgin TV customers with Virgin TV 360 or our Stream box and a package with Sky Entertainment channels at no extra cost.
On Tuesday 31 March, NextUp Live Comedy HD was removed from the service.
On Thursday 5 March, we introduced a few updates to our themed streaming channels, also known as Free Ad-supported Streaming Television (FAST) channels. These changes are:
The Virgin Media On Demand Streaming app can now be launched directly from the TV Guide. Head to CH 206
Nature Time HD has replaced Love Pets HD on CH 245
5 Cops HD has moved from CH 225 to CH 277
Catfish HD has moved from CH 266 to CH 228
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation HD has moved from CH 246 to CH 279

How do you get Flex?
If you’re already with us
If you’ve already got Virgin Media services at home, call 0800 952 2039 to find out more about Flex.
If you’re not with us yet
Flex is available as add-on to any of our lightning-fast broadband packages – whether you go for a broadband-only or broadband and home phone package.
It comes with a 30-day rolling contract and costs an additional £5 a month, and you can cancel anytime. Check out all of our broadband deals and add Flex to your package before checkout.
