With so much on the box, it’s always helpful to be up to speed on where you can find all the great channels available to you. And with Flex, we’ve packed all your favourite channels and entertainment subscriptions into one clever little box.

What’s new in your February channel guide

On Tuesday 24 February, the iconic TV channel Sky One HD (CH 109) returns to our screens. On that same day, we’re also changing the numbers for some of your favourite Sky TV channels to make them easier to find. New channel numbers, but all the same great shows on Virgin TV. These changes are:

  • Sky One HD has replaced Sky Showcase HD (which has closed) on CH 109. Sky Max HD (CH 111) has also closed

  • Sky Crime HD has moved from CH 121 to CH 122

  • Sky Sci-Fi HD has moved from CH 122 to CH 140

  • Sky Mix HD has moved from CH 135 to CH 156

  • Sky Documentaries HD has moved from CH 188 to CH 121

  • Sky Nature HD has moved from CH 189 to CH 135

  • Sky Crime +1 has moved from CH 321 to CH 322

  • Sky Cinema Animation HD has moved from CH 412 to CH 405

  • Sky Sports Cricket HD has moved from CH 504 to CH 505

  • Sky Sports Golf HD has moved from CH 505 to CH 506

  • Sky Sports F1® HD has moved from CH 506 to CH 507

  • Sky Sports Action HD has moved from CH 507 to CH 510

  • Sky Sports+ HD has moved from CH 508 to CH 504

  • Sky Sports Mix HD has moved from CH 510 to CH 511

  • Sky Sports Racing HD has moved from CH 519 to CH 512

  • Sky Sports Tennis HD has moved from CH 520 to CH 508

  • Sky Sports Main Event UHD has moved from CH 532 to CH 513

  • Sky Sports F1® UHD has moved from CH 533 to CH 514

  • Sky Sports Ultra HD 1 has moved from CH 534 to CH 515

  • Sky Sports Ultra HD 2 has moved from CH 535 to CH 516

From Wednesday 4 February, all customers with our Stream box now have three new themed streaming channels dedicated to high-quality dramas, feel-good comedy movies and the best in sci-fi: Rakuten TV Drama (CH 462), Rakuten TV Comedy (CH 463) and Rakuten TV Sci-Fi (CH 464).

On Tuesday 13 JanuaryTLC HD (CH 113) was made available to all TV customers at no extra cost, bringing together the best in entertainment, including the new series of Mock The Week. Customers in Scotland and Wales can find TLC HD on CH 128.

Also from Tuesday 13 January, a whole host of channels moved to make finding your favourite channels even easier. These are:

  • TLC HD has moved to CH 113 (and CH 313 for TLC +1). Customers in Scotland and Wales can find it on CH 128 (and CH 328 for TLC +1)

  • Really has moved to CH 165, while Really +1 can now be found on CH 365

  • Food Network has moved to CH 168

  • England and Northern Ireland customers can now find Quest HD on CH 128 (and CH 328 for Quest +1). Quest HD remains on CH 137 for customers in Scotland and Wales (for those customers, Quest +1 also remains on CH 337)

  • Quest Red has moved to CH 137 for customers in England and Northern Ireland. Customers in Scotland and Wales can find it on CH 146

  • Customers in Scotland can now find 5 USA +1 on CH 362

  • Clubland TV has now moved to CH 289

On Tuesday 13 January, HGTV (CH 191) and HGTV +1 (CH 391) closed.
