The My Virgin Media app allows you to manage your TV, broadband and home phone accounts. You can view your bills and package details, check your service status, make quick and easy payments, explore exclusive offers from Priority from O2 and get help and support. It makes staying on top of your Virgin Media account amazingly simple.

We roll out updates to the My Virgin Media app all the time. After recent updates, you can now manage your connected devices, pause any device, run a speed test or manage your network more easily.

Run a super-intelligent WiFi home scan

It’s our two-step speed test powered by Cisco. First, it tests your broadband speed to make sure there are no issues. Then, it guides you around your home, room by room, to check WiFi performance in each one. Just connect to the Hub, tap “Start the scan” then let the app take you through the rest. If the scan finds any areas without superfast WiFi, we’ll suggest ways to improve it – with our WiFi Pods, for example. Sorted!

It’s super-easy to use the My Virgin Media app and its services once you’ve downloaded it. All you need to do is log in with your applicable Virgin Media username and password when prompted.

If you click on the Home tab in the My Virgin Media app, you’ll see your Service Status along with the most recent time it was checked. Need more information? Click on Service Status and from there you’ll be able to check the status of your Broadband and Mobile Network Status.

All you need to do is tap the Priority tab at the bottom of the My Virgin Media app, and you’ll enter a world of rewards, offers and more.

If you’re looking to boost your current Virgin Media package, just tap Upgrade Your Package on the My Virgin Media app home screen. Alternatively, hit the Shop tab at the bottom of the app screen and follow the instructions from there.
