Marvel’s Avengers Outfits Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1.     The giveaway is open to Virgin Media customers and employees aged 18 or over, and resident in the United Kingdom

2.     The giveaway opens at 10.00am on 1 September 2020 (the Opening Date) and closes at 5.00pm on 2 November 2020 (the Closing Date). Entries received after the Closing Date will be invalid. Maximum of 1 code per household.

3.     Marvel’s Avengers outfits code: the outfits code will enable entrants to redeem an exclusive set of outfits for their characters within the Marvel’s Avengers video game.

4.     In order to request an outfits code, entrants must fill in the giveaway entry form at virginmedia.com/outfits in order to obtain a Square Enix Store code. This will be sent via email. Once received, you will need to redeem it via the Square Enix website. These are the instructions:

a)      Visit playavengers.com/virginmedia

b)     Log in using your Square Enix Members account. If you do not have a Square Enix Members account, you can create one from this page.

c)      Enter your Square Enix Store code in the box provided.

d)     Select your preferred platform.

e)     Click on submit.

f)      You will then be redirected to the confirmation page. The outfits code will be displayed on the page, and you will receive it via email too.

g)     If you have any questions, need technical support or customer support, please visit: https://support.eu.square-enix.com

5.     Entrants will need to own the Marvel’s Avengers game on PC or console in order to redeem their outfits pack.

7.     The giveaway is administered by Virgin Media and redemption of the Marvel’s Avengers outfits code is subject to availability and Square Enix’s terms and conditions. 8.     The code is provided by Square Enix of 240 Blackfriars Rd, London SE1 8NW, United Kingdom.

9.     Personal data collected in the course of entering will be used for the purposes of validating and administering the giveaway.

10.   We will only use your data in line with applicable data protection legislation (including but not limited to General Data Protection Regulations) and subject to our Privacy Policy. We will not pass on your or nominee’s personal information to third parties except in accordance with these terms and conditions or where we are required to disclose that information in order to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements.

PlayStation 4 and Marvel’s Avengers Earth’s Mightiest Edition Terms and Conditions

1.     Open to Virgin Media customers aged 18 or over, and residents in the United Kingdom, with the exception of employees of Virgin Media Limited, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this Promotion.

2.     The Promotion opens on Friday 4 September and closes at 11.59pm on Friday 18 September. Entries received after the closing date will be invalid. Maximum of 1 entry per customer. There are 3 prizes available. There will be 3 winners. 1 prize per winner.

3.     To enter the Promotion, answer the question listed in Virgin TV Edit correctly. Email your answer (A, B or C) to virgintvedit@virginmedia.co.uk with Marvel’s Avengers competition in the subject line by Friday 18 September 2020.

4.     Prize: 1 of 3 PlayStation 4 Pro 1TB (worth £399.99) and Marvel’s Avengers Earth’s Mightiest Edition (worth £209.99).

5.     The winners will be selected by an independent third party at random, and notified no later than Friday 25 September if they have won. You will be notified via phone or email.

6.     The prizes will be sent out directly from Virgin Media. Delivery time is between 3-5 days but please note that due to the current climate it could take slightly longer.

7.     Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification. You must provide delivery details within 7 days of notification otherwise an alternative winner will be chosen. If the winner cannot be contacted or the Promoter does not receive a response within the timeframe stipulated, the Promoter may do a re-draw and select an alternative winner at its sole discretion.
