In the era of TFI Friday (if you’re old enough), it felt like no one knew what would happen next. Late Night Lycett is the spiritual successor to those wild shows. Last time around, Katherine Ryan got stuck on a barge, Joe gave away his car and Alison Hammond bragged about free city centre parking because she was Birmingham famous. Now, you can expect more celebrities, local heroes and, of course, Joe's favourite aunties. Barmy and perfect.

From the team behind BAFTA-winning series The End Of The F***ing World comes this thriller with a twist. With a core cast of actors in their 70s, including Lindsay Duncan (Birdman), Clarke Peters (The Wire), Sue Johnston (The Royle Family) and Peter Egan (Downton Abbey), the show explores what happens when a gang of old friends makes a drunken pact to help each other die when the time is right. Wrestling with the knottiest of ethical questions, Truelove promises humour, romance and twists and turns aplenty.
