How do I buy Virgin Media's services?

Step 1: Choose your new services

Pick one of our brilliant value bundles, or build your own bundle for Broadband, TV and Virgin Phone. Then tell us which date you’d like us to deliver your equipment, or alternatively we’ll send an engineer round to your property on the date that suits you best.

Step 2: Get connected

Then it's out with the old and in with the new! Once your services are all setup you're ready to sit back and enjoy the power of Broadband, TV and Virgin Phone!

Step 3: Cancel your old services

It's so easy and we've even written the letter to get you started. Just download the cancellation letter to your provider below, fill in the blanks and pop it in the post box.

You'll usually need to give 30 days' notice and pay for your final month. Have a look at your contract and see.

What happens once I submit my order online?

We'll email you to confirm your order and installation date. Then it's all systems go!

You can keep track of your order if you’ve just joined us and you’re waiting for your shiny new kit to be delivered or your engineer to come and install your services. If you’re an existing customer waiting for an upgrade to your services you can track that too.

Are my payment card details safe online?

We look after your details very carefully. The card details you give us online are encrypted (scrambled) and sent to us using Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology. This is industry standard encryption technology that protects the card details whilst they are being sent over the internet.

Why do you need to know how long I have lived at my current address?

When you order online, we'll ask you to set up a Direct Debit with us. Ordering Virgin Media sis subject to a UK credit check. To help us do this we need your current address, plus any other address you've been living at in the last 3 years. So if you've moved house recently, we'll need you to let us know where you lived before.
