Changing your details on your Virgin Mobile account
If you're a Pay Monthly customer with a SIM only or Classic Plan, or you are a Pay as You Go customer, you can change your contact address and email address in Your Account. For details on how to do this see Managing Your Account for Virgin Mobile.
If you're a Freestyle customer, you can complete our Change Of Details form to let us know your new name or address details. We’ll make the changes to your contact details on your Virgin Mobile account for your minutes, texts and data, and your Freestyle credit agreement within 24 hours of receiving the correct information.

What information do I need to include with the form?
Proof of address
Along with the form, you'll need to send us a copy of one of the following, dated within the last six months:
- Utility bill
- Tenancy / Mortgage agreement
- Council Tax bill
Proof of name change
Then simply complete the form and attach a copy of:
- A Marriage Certificate
- A current signed passport
- A Civil partnership certificate, or
- A Deed poll documentation
Freestyle Credit Agreement Address
NOTE: If you’re a Freestyle customer, you pay for your loan agreement, your handset and your airtime separately. If you wish to make a card payment towards your credit agreement, your bank account address must be the same as the address on your loan agreement so we can collect your payment.
