Our WiFi guarantee with WiFi Max is our promise that you’ll enjoy download speeds of at least 30Mbps in every room or we’ll give you £100 bill credit.
The guarantee is also backed by our intelligent signal-boosting mesh WiFi Pods, which are an easy way to help your WiFi get to those hard-to-reach places in your home (if needed). But if the issue’s still there after our remote fix attempt and you’ve tried all our simple steps, we’ve got a team of expert engineers standing by to help.
You don’t even need to worry about calling us – we’ll send you an email with a link to book a free engineer visit to get things in tip-top shape. Just pick a date and time that works for you.
If you do experience a total loss of service, our peace-of-mind repairs service aims to fix the majority of total loss of service faults within 24 hours at no extra cost. It’s all part of the Virgin Media service, and that’s why we won’t charge you a penny more for it.

Virgin Media refer a friend: earn cash for recommendations

Refer a friend is our way of saying “cheers” for spreading the word about something you love. Instead of shouting about our broadband speeds at strangers on the bus (please don’t do that – we will get letters), you just send your mates a link.
If they sign up to superfast broadband, digital TV and home phone or our Volt packages through your link or code, you both bag £50 cashback each. Head to our Refer a friend page and click Refer now. Pop in your email address and we’ll send you your own referral link and code to distribute as you wish.
Once your nearest and/or dearest’s Virgin Media service is installed (or their phone’s delivered), sit tight. After 60 days, we’ll pop the reward into your bank or PayPal. That’s right – no vouchers, no complicated points system, but actual money.
