What if I’ve already got a Netflix account?

No problem! If you already have a Netflix account, you can continue to use it just as you do now. If you decide to get one of our broadband and TV packages with Netflix included and you’ve already got an account, you’ll just need to link it to your Virgin Media package once everything’s set up.  

If not, no worries! You can still enjoy all the other great entertainment options we’ve got to offer. We’re talking everything from blockbuster movies and exclusive Virgin TV channels to add-ons like Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, and so much more.

Of course you can! If you’d like more features, like watching on more devices or enjoying ad-free streaming, you can easily upgrade to a different Netflix plan at any time and add it onto your package.

As a refresher on some of the other Netflix options you can add to your package:

• Netflix Standard (no ads) Watch on 2 devices at once in Full HD, completely ad-free.

• Netflix Premium: Get Ultra HD, stream on up to 4 devices at the same time, plus enjoy Netflix Spatial Audio on selected titles.

If you’ve got Netflix Standard with ads included with your package, you’ll just pay the difference between the plan included in your package and your chosen upgrade. We’ll add it straight to your Virgin Media bill, so it’s all taken care of in one place.

It’s simple! There’s two easy ways to enjoy Netflix with Virgin Media:

1. Choose a TV package with Netflix included – all of our TV bundles already come with Netflix Standard with ads at no extra cost. Just place your order as usual, and Netflix will be ready for you to activate once your services are up and running.

2. Add Netflix as an optional extra – If Netflix isn’t included in your chosen package, you can still add it on. It’s quick and easy to do when placing your order, or by going to the Netflix app on our TV box and tapping ‘Start your membership’ once you’re with us.

Either way, your Netflix subscription is billed through Virgin Media, so you get all your entertainment in one place with one simple bill.
