Voice search and control functionality

As part of the Virgin TV 360 experience, you will receive a new remote control that’s been specifically designed for Virgin TV.

One of the best features is voice-activated control – not only can you use this for searching for your favourite titles and opening streaming apps, but you can also use this to pause, forward and rewind whatever you’re watching.

Profiles for everyone

Each household member can create a separate profile so that they’re in control of their own TV schedule. Every profile has the ability to build their own watch lists and Virgin TV 360 will also provide recommendations tailored to their preferences.

Watching the same movie or TV series as your family? With your own profile, you can set your own pause points and return back to it whenever you want, and that’s without messing up the pause point for everyone else.

Easy-to-use TV guide

Our super-slick TV guide is built around bringing you the best user experience. With simple menus and an easy-to-use navigation, you’ll be able to find what you’re looking for in seconds. We also keep all your apps, live TV and catch-up channels in one place!

What’s even better is that the TV Guide works in the same way for all devices. So whether you’re using the main TV, mobile or tablet device, you can navigate with ease.

Multi-room streaming

What if I cancel or move home? If you cancel during the minimum period, you may need to pay an early disconnection fee, including when you move to a property outside of the Virgin Media Network area – this is because you will be asking to cancel your services early.
