Switching to Virgin Media is easy. Simply select your preferred sports package, place your order, and we’ll confirm your installation date within 48 hours. Next, you can contact your current provider to cancel your contract and you’ll soon be ready to make the switch.

• You paid for a service and then removed it – You’ll be credited from the date the service was removed to the end of your previous bill period (see ‘Package changes’ on your next monthly bill).
• You signed up for a new service – This will be charged from the date the service was activated to the end of your previous bill period (see ‘Package changes’ and ‘Your package’ on your next monthly bill).
• You removed a bundle that included a discount – The discount will be reversed for the same period and you’ll see a discount charge (or credit reversal) on your next monthly bill.
