The My Virgin Media app is the handy sidekick designed to make it easier to manage your account on the go. You can view your package, make payments if you don’t pay by direct debit and even get access to useful tips. You can also check for known faults in your area – and if there are any, we’ll show you the date and time we expect they’ll be sorted. Plus, you can sign up for text updates on faults we’re fixing. All you need is a 3G, 4G or WiFi connection.


Because this app is all about you, the customer, we’ve listened to your feedback and made the app even better. You can now view, print and download current or previous bills. With the service checker, you can also diagnose issues with your broadband and TV equipment and get help to fix things quickly.  


Plus if you don’t pay by direct debit, we’ve improved the way you make payments using a debit or credit card – customers will no longer need a payment reference number.


But the work doesn’t stop there. We’ve created the app for you, our customers, and need your help to continue evolving it. To tell us how else we can improve the app, just tap the top-right corner of your screen and access the “Give us app feedback” tab and we’ll use your comments to enhance it wherever we can.

To start using the My Virgin Media app, you’ll need to sign in using your My Virgin Media user name and password. If you've not registered for My Virgin Media or have forgotten your sign in details just head over to
