Love all the live sporting action on Sky Sports? Sky Sports+ continues to bring you far more live sport than ever before with new live streams and a dedicated channel, all included in your Sky Sports subscription on Virgin TV, at no extra cost.

For the 2025/26 season, Sky Sports will be showing more live Premier League games than ever before, including every Sunday match. Those Sunday fixtures will really ramp up this year with so many clubs competing in Europe.

When there’s more than one 2pm kick-off on a Sunday, you’ll be able to watch the match pick on the Sky Sports+ channel or select the fixture you want with the Sky Sports red button (Virgin TV 360 and Stream box customers only).

Sky Sports+ brings you more live sport than ever before, all included in your Sky Sports subscription on Virgin TV, at no extra cost.

You’ll also get dozens of matches from the always thrilling EFL. Whether you’re following the Hollywood fairytale of Wrexham AFC or you’re an Ipswich Town fan looking for a quick bounce back to the top division, every Championship, League One and League Two team will be featured live more than 20 times in the 2025/26 season.

The EFL is right at the centre of Sky Sports+ coverage, and you’ll also be able to watch more than 1,000 games from 1,891 matches across the EFL, Carabao Cup and Vertu Trophy broadcast live throughout the season.

That’s a bucketload of football this season. But Sky Sports+ isn’t just for football.

Don’t miss a second of the action with access to every game from rugby league’s all-action men’s Super League

You also get every game from rugby league’s all-action men’s Super League, as some of the toughest athletes in the world strive to reach the grand final. There’s extensive live coverage of more than 100 tennis tournaments from around the world, including the US Open and plenty more from the ATP and WTA tours.

Sky Sports+ also has some fantastic sporting documentaries, available to Sky Sports subscribers two weeks before they premiere on Sky Documentaries. And, of course, that’s on top of all the terrific live sport already on Sky Sports, including football from the Premier League, Scottish Premiership and Women’s Super League, Formula One, golf majors, international cricket, Darts World Championship and much more.

Even more of the sport you love, all in one place and at no extra cost – Sky Sports+ is a brilliant addition to your TV package.

How do I watch Sky Sports+ on Virgin TV?

Customers with Virgin TV 360 or our Stream box: There are three ways to access Sky Sports+. You’ll find the best action available in HD or SD (depending on your subscription) on CH 508, with all the live action accessible at the touch of a button on Sky Sports+ Red Button. This can be accessed by pressing the red button on your remote (not the Record button) on any Sky Sports channel.

And you can also use the Sky Sports app (available free to all Sky Sports subscribers) to get all the live sport available on Sky Sports+, with the added bonus that you can watch wherever you are in the UK, as long as there’s WiFi, 3G or 4G.

Customers with our TiVo® box or our Virgin TV V6 box (powered by TiVo): You can get all the action on Sky Sports+ on CH 508 in HD (or SD on CH 518) or the Sky Sports app. You can’t get the Sky Sports+ Red Button, though, so if that sounds like something you want, then it’s easy to upgrade your Virgin TV box. Just contact us on 0345 454 1111 (or call 150 from a Virgin Media phone).

If you’re an existing broadband customer who wants to add a TV package to your subscription, find out more about them here.

What does the red button do on Sky Sports?

Sky Sports customers with our Stream box or Virgin TV 360 can press the red button at the bottom of the remote (not the Record button) on a Sky Sports channel to gain access to lots more live sport and loads of cool features.

When there’s more than one live game on Sky Sports, you’ll be able to experience effortless HD match selection when you tap that red button. Perfect if you’re keeping tabs on more than one game and want to hop around.

There’s even more for football fans. The new red button allows you to browse the latest news, tables and highlights clips. Plus, if you’re watching the football live, you’ll find in-game recap clips – perfect if you want to replay a goal over and over or want to restart a household argument about why VAR has got it wrong again.

If you love F1, then the Sky Sports interactive app also has you covered by giving you access to Race Control screens along with recap clips, just in case you missed any of the action. For tennis fans, Sky Sports Tennis is packed with more action than can fit in a channel, so the app helps ensure you can watch your favourite players live.
