We’ve put together some top tips below to help you get back on track.

Got everything you need?

In your Quickstart pack you should everything you need to get your services installed.

You can check what cables and kit you should by looking in the Quickstart guide that came with your pack.

Please check the box your kit came in carefully, you may find that some of the cables or other kit we’ve sent you are under a lift up flap or other compartment in the box.
