Keeping you up to speed

Changes to Virgin Media prices 2023

Nobody welcomes a price increase, and we get that. That’s why we’re currently getting in touch with our broadband, TV and home phone customers, by letter or email, to explain why our prices are increasing.

Within that letter or email, we’ll also include information about any other changes we’re making, and the date those changes will become effective.

Why are the prices changing?

It’s essential we continue to invest in our technology, so you can keep doing the things you need to do – and love to do – on all your devices. Last year, we worked hard to give you a better experience with us, improving our network capabilities and fixing faults. Rising global energy prices and inflation affect our running costs too.

With Virgin Media you get so much more

Broadband you can count on

Our network is 99.93% reliable – which means you can count on us to do all the things you love doing online.

Better protected

Built to keep internet nasties away from your home devices, Virgin Media Web Safe is available at no extra cost with our broadband.

Service and repairs at no extra cost

If your Virgin Media kit needs repairing, we’ll get you video calling, streaming and emailing again as quickly as possible.

Making a world of difference

To help the UK meet its net zero goal faster, we’re aiming to prevent 20 million tonnes of CO2 from entering the atmosphere by 2025.
