Turn on and start
up the Hub

It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for – it’s time to turn the Hub on.

Pop the power cable into a nearby switched on plug socket.

As the Hub starts up it’ll need to install the latest software, so leave it to do its thing for about 30 minutes.

You’ll know when it’s finished as the base light will be steady and white.

I don’t have any lights

Check that all the cables are plugged in firmly and that you’ve turned the power on at the wall plug socket.

What do the lights mean? >

It’s been more than 60 minutes and the lights are still flashing

Try resetting the Hub at the back using a pen or paperclip.

I’ve tried these tips and it’s still not working
