Understanding additional Virgin Media charges

If you’ve had any credits applied to your Broadband, TV and Phone account, made some chargeable phone calls or purchased any on demand movies, events or interactive content since your last bill, you can view these charges in My Virgin Media. To do this:
- Register or sign in to My Virgin Media at virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia
- Click on My Bills
- Select the Overview tab
If you have a compatible Android or iPhone mobile handset, you can even download the My Virgin Media app and view your recent charges at home or on the move.
You’ll see your latest bill, your payment due date and any charges or credits made since your last bill was produced.
If you’re a Oomph bundle customer, you’ll need to access your My Account to view your out of plan mobile charges.
Alternatively, you can also access the information by calling our automated service on 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111* from any other phone and selecting option 1.
