Understanding additional Virgin Media charges

If you’ve had any credits applied to your Broadband, TV and Phone account, made some chargeable phone calls or purchased any on demand movies, events or interactive content since your last bill, you can view these charges in My Virgin Media. To do this:

  1. Register or sign in to My Virgin Media at
  2. Click on My Bills
  3. Select the Overview tab

If you have a compatible Android or iPhone mobile handset, the best way to stay on top of your bills is by downloading the My Virgin Media app where you can view your recent charges at home or on the move.

You’ll see your latest bill, your payment due date and any charges or credits made since your last bill was produced.

If you’re an Oomph bundle customer, you’ll need to access Your Account to view your out of plan mobile charges, and the best way to do this is with our Virgin Media mobile app.


How do I understand my O2 charges?
