How is Netflix charged to my Virgin Media bill?

Usually, you’ll see the one subscription fee for Netflix on each Virgin Media bill. However, this might not always be the case. When you sign up for Netflix, your subscription charges start from the day you join. If you signed up for Netflix somewhere in the middle of your bill cycle, then your subscription fee renewal date will come up on a different date to your Virgin Media bill. If you did this, then you may get your Virgin Media bill before your next monthly Netflix subscription is up for renewal – in which case, you won’t receive a Netflix fee. If this happens, you may see Netflix subscription renewal fees for two months on your next bill, to make up the missed month. Don’t worry, you’ll never be charged any extra for Netflix than you’d normally pay. You’ll find each Netflix subscription renewal date listed in your Virgin Media bills.

Where will the Netflix charge show on my Virgin Media bill?

You’ll see the Netflix renewal fee charge in the On Demand section of your Virgin Media bill. If you’ve registered for e-billing, you can see any Netflix renewal charges you’ve received since your last bill in the Interactive & On Demand section of My Virgin Media or on the My Virgin Media app

What if I already have an active Netflix subscription?

If you’d like to add Netflix to your Virgin Media bill, you’ll need to cancel your current Netflix subscription and wait until the subscription period ends. When your existing Netflix subscription ends, you can go ahead and sign up to Netflix again – either on the Virgin TV box or in My Virgin Media Netflix will let you know if any subscription offers are available when you restart your subscription.
