How do I configure advanced settings on the Virgin Media Hub?
Which Hub do you have?

- Enter 192.168.0.1 into the address bar of your browser, the settings page will then load
Note: If you have enabled Modem Mode on the Hub you will need to use 192.168.100.1 instead.

- When prompted, enter the settings password shown on the bottom of the Hub.
Once you’ve accessed the page there are a variety of settings you can change. On the home page there are quick setup options for:
- Configure your WiFi connection - allows you to change your WiFi network name (SSID) and WiFi password
- Network diagnostic tool - allows you to run diagnostic tests on the router
- Modify your Guest network - allows you to setup or modify your Guest network settings
There are also additional settings you can change from the menus on the left:
- Modem Mode - you can enable or disable modem mode
- Advanced Settings - you can change all your WiFi and network settings
- Admin - allows you to change the password for accessing this page

- Enter 192.168.0.1 into the address bar of your browser, the settings page will then load
Note: If you have enabled Modem Mode on the Super Hub you will need to use 192.168.100.1 instead.

- When prompted, enter the settings password shown on the bottom of the Super Hub
Once you’ve accessed the page there are three types of settings you can change:

- Super Hub Settings – allows you to change the password for accessing this page
- Device Connection Status – allows you to view details on the Super Hub's current status, along with details about any devices that are connected to the Super Hub
