Using TV Go on mobile devices

When you first open Virgin TV Go using a supported browser, you’ll be asked to sign in or register. See Signing in to Virgin TV Go for details on how to do this.

On the home screen you’ll see picks of TV from Live TV and On Demand.

When you try to watch content on a new device or browser you will be prompted to register the device before you can continue.

 

Watching Live TV

You can choose which channels appear in TV Go and in which order by going into My TV Channels in the settings menu. 

From here you can select channels to show or hide and sort channels into any order you like!

To watch Live TV: 

  • Tap Live TV
  • Choose Now on TV or TV Guide

Watching On Demand

In each On Demand category you’ll see the shows available. As part of the show title you’ll be able to see how many episodes are available.

To watch On Demand:

  • Tap On Demand
  • Choose a show from the On Demand categories 
  • Click the play icon on the show image to start watching
  • Once your show starts playing you can use the playback bar at the bottom to play, pause and skip through the show with the slider

Note: When you choose an On Demand show to watch you’ll see the show information page. This will list details of your show and how many episodes are available.
