What happens next?

We hope you’ll keep on making the most of your package. But if you want to, you can change or cancel it at any time before the date stated on your email or letter, without paying any cancellation fees. Simply call 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile, or call 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
