Virgin Media gigabit broadband has arrived to 118,262 new homes in Liverpool

A total of 118,262 homes* in Liverpool are now able to benefit from Virgin Media’s full-fibre gigabit broadband, featuring symmetrical broadband speeds of up to 2Gbs – our fastest speed yet.

If you live in Liverpool, you can now sign up to our full-fibre gigabit broadband, which brings download speeds of up to 2Gbps (2000Mbps) and the option for symmetrical upload speeds just as fast. These hyperfast connections are perfect for busy households working remotely, streaming UHD TV shows and films, video calling friends and family, and playing your favourite games online.

The expansion is part of our goal to deliver high speed full-fibre (FTTP) connections to 5 million homes across the UK by 2026. We’ve already reached a total of two million premises passed and ready for service, and we're continuously expanding and improving our network to give you the latest and greatest broadband technology.
