Netflix
Netflix Standard with Ads comes at no extra cost for all new customers who choose one of our broadband and TV packages, and with select broadband only packages.
Disney+
Select Disney+ as an add on to your chosen broadband and TV bundle, get Disney+ as an add on to your O2 mobile contract, or with one of our Volt bundles.
How to add a streaming service to your Virgin Media account
You can add extras through your My Virgin Media account online. Just log into your Virgin Media account, go to ‘Entertainment Services’ to add Disney+, Netflix and HBO Max to your bill.
You can also use the My Virgin Media app to add extras to your package too. Log into your Virgin Media account on the app and head to the chat to explore your options. Pick the ones you want, confirm, and they’ll be added to your bill.
Got Flex?
It’s easier than ever to add streaming services to your Virgin Media bill. On our Stream box, head to Apps > Subscriptions to manage and add services to your bill.
On your My Virgin Media account online, log into your account and head to View package > Flex and then Manage Flex to see what subscription services are available.
