How do Virgin TV add-ons work?
With Virgin TV, you can pack your bundle with the extras you love – from blockbuster movies and epic live sport to the biggest streaming apps, kids’ channels and even international entertainment.
The way add-ons work on your TV box depends on if you choose a broadband and TV bundle or broadband with Flex at home:

With Flex, our super flexible TV service, you only pay for the subscriptions you want, when you want them. Flex comes loaded with your favourite streaming apps and over 150 channels you’ll love, and you can add stuff in and swap stuff out each month – so you’re never stuck paying for anything you don’t fancy.
Everything is billed together on your Virgin Media account too, so it’s simple and easy to keep track of everything you’re paying for. That means you can access all your fave add-ons, streaming apps and music – like Sky Sports, Sky Showcase, Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video (if you subscribe), plus iPlayer and ITVX – all in one place

How do I add extras to my account?
You can also add extras through your My Virgin Media account online or the My Virgin Media app. Just log in, go to the TV section, and you’ll see a list of add-ons you can choose from. Pick the ones you want, confirm, and they’ll be added to your bill.
For apps not included in your Virgin Media bill, you can add them straight from the TV box. On a 360 or Stream box on your Subscriptions app:
Open the Subscriptions app from your home screen
Browse or search for the app or game you want to add.
Select “Add” or “Subscribe” and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your choice.
Once you’ve added an extra channel pack or streaming service, it will show up right away in your channel guide or apps list.
