We’ve changed the numbers of some of your favourite channels to make them easier to find. BBC Four, BBC News, CBBC and CBeebies now have a brand new HD home

BBC channels update

It’s now even easier to find and enjoy the TV you love in the best possible picture quality. Whether it’s great documentaries on BBC Four, current affairs on BBC News or entertainment for the little ones on CBBC and CBeebies, Virgin TV has something for telly fans of all ages.

From Tuesday 19 February, some of your favourite BBC HD channels on our service will have new channel numbers. And the great news is that you won’t have to do a thing, because this has all happened automatically and your SeriesLink+ is unaffected. So, while your favourite HD channels are in a new place, it won’t stop you watching and recording the brilliant shows these channels have to offer.

Here’s a look at where you can now find all of these channels on Virgin TV.

Your channel number changes

But that’s not all. From Sunday 24 February, all Virgin Media customers will be able to enjoy the brand new BBC Scotland channel – the new home for the very best Scottish documentaries, drama, news, sport, comedy and entertainment.

On its opening night, the channel will premiere the first episode from the final series of comedy Still Game. This series reunites all the Craiglang regulars, along with guest stars including Martin Compston (Line of Duty), James MacPherson (Taggart), and pop stars Midge Ure and Amy Macdonald.

Scottish customers will find BBC Scotland on CH 108, everyone else can watch on CH 162.
