Will José derail Liverpool’s title bid?

Will José derail Liverpool’s title bid?

As Spurs face the Reds on Sky Sports Premier League, we look at Mourinho’s history of messing with the Merseysiders

“The Special One” will be out to get under the skin of the Premier League leaders, just like he has done so many times in the past

Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool, Saturday 11 January, 5pm, Sky Sports Premier League/HD (CH 512/502)

What is it with José Mourinho and Liverpool? Over the past 15 years the Portuguese has always gone the extra mile to irritate, troll and exasperate the club, its players and supporters.

If the European champions lose, however, you can be sure Mourinho will be ecstatic in his own inimitable way.

It’s a showdown that’s not to be missed, but before the action kicks off live on Sky Sports Premier League, take a look back at five times Tottenham’s current boss has infuriated Liverpool with his antics…
