Can you win the Champions League?

As Liverpool and Tottenham prepare to face off in the final on BT Sport, take our quiz on this season’s tournament to see if you can claim the coveted title

The day of the final is almost upon us – but the two sides going head to head to be crowned European champions aren’t the only ones in contention…

UEFA Champions League Final 2019, Saturday 1 June, 6pm, BT Sport 2 HD (CH 528)

All eyes in the footballing world turn to the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid this weekend, as Premier League giants Liverpool and Tottenham lock horns to see who will take home the coveted trophy as this season’s champions of Europe.

It’s been one hell of a tournament, with upsets, legendary performances, long-distance screamers and goals galore. Thirteen-time champions Real Madrid fell at the round of 16, a young Ajax side went on an unexpected but joyful run to the semis, Tottenham reached the final for the first time and Messi and Ronaldo were, well, Messi and Ronaldo, with 18 goals between them.

This weekend’s final is shaping up to be a good ’un, with two of England’s most exciting attacking teams striving their hardest to win arguably the most prestigious trophy in football. And after two incredible semi-finals that shook the world of football so hard that we’ve just about recovered, who on Earth could call it?

But for the first time ever you, yes, you have a chance of beating them to the fabled “big-eared” trophy… in a sense, with our belter of a quiz that takes you from the group stage all the way to the final (assuming you do it without starting again until you get to the final, aka cheating).

Ready? Then grab your socks, shin pads, boots and shorts (no point bothering with the shirt given Ronaldo whips his off at any given chance) and get clicking to see if FC You can become the champions of Europe…
