We want you to enjoy speedy, reliable WiFi in your home. And if you don’t, you get money back – that’s our WiFi guarantee.
Our superfast WiFi guarantee (backed up by our WiFi Pods if needed) is included at no extra cost with our Gigabit Fibre Broadband and Volt packages. You can also add WiFi Max to our M50 to M500 Fibre Broadband packs without Volt for £8 a month.
We’ll complete our checks and if you don’t achieve 30Mbps in every room, then we will send you your first WiFi Pod. Whether you’re upstairs or downstairs, our WiFi Pods adapt to how and when you use your WiFi, and automatically tackle issues before you need to.

Manage devices and check your WiFi speeds with the My Virgin Media app
Grab our free My Virgin Media app for your compatible mobile or tablet – it’s simple and puts you in control of your WiFi. With the app, you can check your service status and run tests on your Virgin Media kit to make sure everything’s performing as it should. Support is just a tap away with the app which has detailed how-to guides, links to our customer community, and in-app chat with our agents.
If you find you need a second or third WiFi Pod, you can contact our customer service team and we’ll figure out where you need better WiFi signal and if an extra mesh WiFi Pod will help.
