The legal stuff

My Virgin Media app: Requires compatible Android 7.0 or iOS 12 or later mobile or tablet.

Virgin Mobile customers: There are two ways you can sign in. Either by having a Virgin Mobile SIM present in a device (iPhone, cellular-enabled iPad, Android phone or cellular-enabled tablet) where the App has verified your SIM (whilst on the Virgin Mobile data network). Or you can sign in to the app on WiFi using your online Virgin Mobile Your Account credentials – giving you even more control. (If you have a Pay As You Go plan, remember to register on Your Account first).

Broadband, TV and home phone customers: the App will work on a device (iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet) where sign in has been completed using My Virgin Media account details.
