Help with paying my broadband, TV and phone bill

If you’re having problems paying your bills, we’ll do all we can to help.  

To view your bills, visit My Virgin Media:

  1. Register or sign in to My Virgin Media at virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia
  2. Click on My Bills

The easiest way to stay on top of your bills is by setting up a Direct Debit. This means your payments will leave your account every month, automatically. You can set up a Direct Debit online through your My Virgin Media account.

We’ve also put together step-by-step options for how to pay your Virgin Media bill.

We ask you to pay your current bill on or before the Payment due date. You’ll find this on your bill.

If you’ve got a compatible iPhone or Android mobile, download our handy My Virgin Media app to keep an eye on your bills, view recent charges and make payments towards your bill.

We hope you understand, but if you’re late paying your bill, we’ll ask you to pay a late payment fee. If your circumstances change and you’re not able to pay your bill, or find yourself behind with payments, don’t panic. You can access guidance in our help article Difficulty paying my bill.

If you receive a paper bill and don't pay by Direct Debit, you can pay your bill online with a credit or debit card. It’s safe and quick to do. Plus, you can pay all of it or part it, if it suits you better.

Don’t forget, if you do pay part of it, remember to pay the outstanding amount on or before the payment due date.

To find out how much is still owed after a part payment:

  1. Register or sign in to My Virgin Media at virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia
  2. Click on My Bills

Here you’ll see your latest bill amount, and any payments you’ve made towards that bill since it was produced.

Alternatively, you can find out how much you owe by calling our dedicated automated payment service on 0800 064 3777.

If you’re having trouble accessing our payment channels from home, this could be due to your broadband and phone services. First of all, check your service status online or through the My Virgin Media app to identify any issues in your local area.

If your services are working fine and you’re still experiencing issues, follow these steps.

Errors

I’ve used the wrong Virgin Media payment reference number when making a payment and it hasn’t reached my Virgin Media account. See our Payments not showing article.
I’ve used the wrong bank account number when paying via my bank’s mobile app. You’ll need to contact your bank so they can trace the payment and work out where it’s gone. We’re sorry, but we can’t find any payment that hasn’t been made to a Virgin Media bank account.
