Virgin TV Control technical requirements

If you’ve got our TV service and a Virgin TV V6 or TiVo box, you can use Virgin TV Control to manage your existing Series Links and set new recordings, and use your mobile device as an advance remote control. If you've got a Virgin TV V6 box you can also stream selected recordings from your box to your mobile device.

You can use Virgin TV Control on iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Android tablets and phones, and Amazon Fire tablets.

To watch Live TV and On Demand on your computer or mobile device, then you'll need Virgin TV Go. See What is Virgin TV Go? for details. To manage your existing Series Link+ using a browser see Managing your Virgin TV V6 or TiVo box using a browser.

If you subscribe to Sky Sports on our TV service, see Technical Requirements for the Sky Sports apps and website for compatible devices to watch on the go.

Note: Virgin TV Control isn’t available on Blackberry devices or Windows Phone.

Amazon
