How to make purchases on Virgin TV

When you decide to purchase an On Demand movie, live event, interactive games or content we’ll show the cost on screen when you place the order.

NOTE: If you’ve already made the purchase and you decide not to view the movie or live event, you’ll still be charged on your next bill.

As a Virgin Media customer, you’re billed for your standard services a month in advance - for example, you pay in April for May's services.

If you’ve purchased any On Demand, interactive or live events content, these charges will show up on the next bill after the purchase under Other fees, charges and credits.

How can I find out what interactive and On Demand services I’ve used since my last bill?

To find out what interactive and On Demand service you have used:

  1. Register or sign in to My Virgin Media at
  2. Select My Bills at the top of the page
  3. Select the Overview tab

You can view your total interactive and on demand charges used since your last bill here, and if you want to see more detail just click Interactive & On Demand for a breakdown of any individual purchases.

You can also check any recent interactive and On Demand charges through our handy My Virgin Media app . You’ll just need a compatible iPhone or Android mobile handset to download the app onto your device and check your usage on the move.

Alternatively, you can get this information by calling our automated phone service on 150 from your Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111* from any other phone.
